In Absprache mit Ihnen implementieren wir das Ticket-System in Ihrem Betrieb und begleiten Sie und Ihre Mitarbeiter im Eingewöhnungsprozess. Dazu bieten wir Mitarbeiter-Schulungen an, um jeden im Betrieb mit dem neuen System vertraut zu machen. Auch nach der Implementierung stehen wir regelmäßig in Kontakt, um gegebenenfalls Anpassungen nach Ihren Wünschen vorzunehmen und Fragen zu klären.

Step 3: Setup and training

In consultation with you, we implement the ticket system in your company and accompany you and your employees through the familiarisation process. To this end, we offer employee training courses to familiarise everyone in your company with the new system. Even after the implementation, we are in regular contact to make adjustments according to your wishes and to clarify any questions you may have.
