Außerdem definieren wir klare Produktionskennzahlen (Key Process Indicator), damit die Veränderungen messbar werden. Um die Materialbestellung zu optimieren, bauen wir auf das KANBAN System und sorgen dank des KAIZEN-Systems für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung Ihrer Produktionsabläufe.

Step 3: Optimization of production processes

We draw up specifications for the production equipment used, record your product portfolio and improve the link with your IT systems. In addition, we define clear production key figures (Key Process Indicators) so that changes can be measured. In order to optimise material ordering, we rely on the KANBAN system and, thanks to the KAIZEN system , ensure continuous improvement of your production processes.
